Yata-Garasu should go to 1?

Should Yata-Garasu go to 1? what do you think?
This is one of the most discussed things and if any one posts a topic like this on forums like pojo it usually gets around 40 pages of people arguing about this...
I think it could go to 1.

200 attack, can be a bad draw and too many traps in this format, youd have to draw this card at the right moment, either first turn or when your opp has no monsters or spells/traps.

But then again, say it deals damage, it can keep dealing damage cause the opp can obvs do nuthin and you can keep stallin till you got a great hand.

the banlists are 4 months long i dont think it would be that much of a problem
it could end up like magician of faith, no one cares that its not banned anymore

Equip spell cards to buff it up into a big beater that can't be targeted
Or destroyed by card effects or battle. When it does battle dmg opponent can't draw.GG. Safe zone is good and then 4 equip spells - GG.
